We require clients to put a valid credit card on file in order to book any appointments.
 - 
Once you have secured an appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If we have a proper cancellation notice, we can typically fill the time with guests waiting to get in.
 - 
We send 2 appointment reminders multiple days in advance and stay in communication with you to be sure the time scheduled works for you.
 - 
We require a call, text or email 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellation fees.
 - 
Canceling your appointment 48-72 hours will result in 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.
 - 
Day of cancellations and No shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
